Well, what to say...?
Firstly, let me say this: I nitpicked on this one for ages enough. Secondly, damn... I saw the movie three times before this even evolved into what it is now. Worth every penny to see, so if you haven't gone yet, GO. NOW. RIGHT NOW. Stop TYPING and GTFO, PEOPLE! GO! Ahem. Thirdly, did I mention I'm a rampant fangirl?  In any case, this work consumed some of my spare time and I thought it deserved a posting (even though I'm not 100% satisfied, but then I'm anal retentive that way). Anyhow This piece started about four weeks ago. A friend took me to see The Dark Knight in theaters and I was blown away. I hadn't been a huge fan of anything Batman since I was a little kid watching the old Batman shows (what with the 'BLAM!' and 'SOCKO!' action bubble things that made me laugh), so this really turned me back onto it all. And I got home and started sketching the character that interested me the most out of the cast (because, DAMN...). So, long story short, here you all go.  EDIT: I just noticed a bit of a line in the forehead region that needed blending and, so, did that. Huzzah! |
